Liability Clause:

TIEMPO LIBRE USA, L.L.C., hereinafter called the "MANUFACTURER", warrants that its products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE INTENDED, the MANUFACTURER's liability is limited to the replacement of any materials which, after an examination by the MANUFACTURER and at its sole option, are found to be defective. THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All claims must be made within thirty (30) days upon delivery.

Return Policy

Important:  Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc. before wearing.  Once the garment has been worn, and/or washed it cannot be returned.   When returning items please make sure the tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant and hair.  Such clothing will not be accepted.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tiempo Libre USA, LLC you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise.  You are responsible for return postage, but if you choose to do an exchange we will ship those items, and any additional items you would like, free of charge when over $100.00 (within the US only).  You may also return merchandise for a full refund minus any shipping charges.  Your Invoice Number will be your Return Authorization Number upon approval by an agent of Tiempo Libre USA,LLC; please note this number preceded by the letters RA anywhere on the outside of your return package.  We suggest that you ship your returns using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, or U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured, or signature required).  No COD orders will be accepted.  Returns must be received within 30 days from ship date.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from ship date.  No exceptions.
